  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 48 hours of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

  • Reason for Return: When you contact us to initiate a return, please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the exchange and include an image of the product as proof of purchase and the condition of the item.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
 

  • Conditions for Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If approved, you may exchange the item for a replacement of the same product.

  • One-Time Exchange: Please note that goods purchased through our website can only be exchanged once. If an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
